Witch Ale News seeks reporters

Wednesday 25 August 2021

With the printed edition of WITCH ALE, the popular branch newsletter, folding at the end of 2017 and we understand that not everyone is on the various Social Media platforms where news is shared more easily nowadays, we need your help to know what is happening within the pubs, clubs and breweries of East Lancashire.

East Lancs CARMRA covers the local authority areas of Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, the Ribble Valley and Rossendale and keeping up with all the goings on across the region is not an easy task.

Know of a pub closure or at threat of closure? Has a pub reopened after a long shut down period? Are there any new ones opened up or opening soon? Maybe there’s a pub that’s won a non CAMRA award for being at the heart of the community or similar? Has a brewery expanded or released a new beer we should all know about?

Any news or information you have please share by emailing ku.gro.armac.scnaltsae@bew or share on our social media platforms and we can put it on the WITCH ALE page of the website for now top read and to create an archive to look back on for years to come.

Cheers!
