Campaign for Real Ale

15th Pendle Beer Festival

Thursday 31 January – Saturday 2 February 2019

Over 120 real ales and ciders will be available to sample, and judging by last year's crowd of over 2300 visitors, people appreciate the care and attention CAMRA volunteers give to serving beer in tip top form. We'll have our usual range of real ciders and perries, bottled beers, and after their popular introduction last year, a fine selection of KeyKeg brews for your delectation. Food available all sessions with Live music Friday night and all-day Saturday.

New opening times this year. 11:30am on Thursday for the first time until 11pm, Friday 11:30am-11pm, Saturday 11:30am-10pm (earlier closing) £3 entry except Friday £5 after 6pm CAMRA members FREE all sessions.

Due to popular demand from last year's "meet the brewer" session, this year we are running two different talks/tutored tastings: Thursday 31st at 7pm: Beer columnist Mark Briggs (@realaleupnorth) and John Ingham, Editor of "Witch Ale" will be talking about some of their favourite beer styles, showcasing the breadth of taste and history of real ale in the UK and further afield. Saturday 2nd Feb at 3pm: Last year’s returning favourite Beer wizard, Nick Smith, Brewer and Co-Founder of Steam Machine Brewing Co. will be able to answer any burning unanswered questions about anything Beer or Brewing related.

Tickets can be purchased from https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/east-lancs-camra-18459913144
