Bolton Branch of The Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) are excited to announce the launch of Bolton Beer and Cider Week from 7th to 16th June 2019.

Various events being held accross the Bolton area finishing with The annual Rivington Beer walk which assembles at 1.30 at the forecourt of The Brewery Bar, Horwich, giving some time to sample Horwich’s fabulous pubs beforehand. A relatively easy 2 mile walk will take us to Liverpool Castle and the Rivington Reservoir shore to the quirky Rivington pub (aka the Rivvy Bowling Club) with its large bowling green and fabulous lake views. The final stop will be Rivington Brew Co’s Tap Beneath the Trees serving acclaimed beers, additional surprises and Mama Sue’s Deep South Soul Food..
