We have been informed of the sad passing away of David Sanderson, who some of our members in the Accrington area may have known. We believe from David’s brother in law that he may have been a local at the Grants bar. We anticipate the funeral will be the week of 3rd June with the service at the Accrington Crematorium and the wake at the Whittaker’s Arms, but we will know more in due course and will update the news when we have it.
