An agenda and a list of motions will be circulated prior to the AGM, but if anyone has any they’d like to add they can contact Thomas or Emma by the end of January for consideration.

Several members of the committee are stepping down so this is your time to step up. A list of current and soon to be vacant positions will be circulated in due course. Anyone interested in joining the Committee, or taking on one of the various other branch roles, can you please contact Thomas and/or Emma using the email addresses ku.gro.armac.scnaltsae@riahc and ku.gro.armac.scnaltsae@yraterces respectively.

If standing for a position please arrange a “proposer” and a “seconder” (someone to put your name forward and support) Nominations may be accepted on the night, if supported by the majority. Role descriptions can be found on the Branch Contacts page.
