  • Branch Social Meeting: December 2023 Saturday 9 December 2023 13:30 Bridge Bier Huis, Burnley

Branch social meetings are a chance for CAMRA members (or anyone) to meet and chat about the things we are all interested in whilst supporting some of the great venues around the branch.

Meeting up from 1:30 with a wander around the local area afterwards.

  • Committee Meeting: January 2024 Sunday 7 January 2024 14:00 Canine Club, Accrington

Committee Meetings are more formal than Branch Social Meetings where we address CAMRA business.

They are open for any CAMRA member to attend, however only committee members can vote on any motions.

  • Branch AGM: 2024 *rescheduled* Sunday 10 March 2024 14:00 Canine Club, Accrington

Mark the date in your diaries and join us for your chance to review the activities of the Branch over the last 12 months and find out what is planned for the next 12!

An agenda and a list of motions will be circulated prior to the AGM, however if anyone has anything they’d like to add please contact John Webster ku.gro.armac.scnaltsae@riahc or Alan Cottam ku.gro.armac.scnaltsae@yraterces by the end of January for consideration.

Interested in joining the Branch Committee, or taking on one of the various other branch roles? Please contact John or Alan on the above email addresses for more information.

Please note if you decide to stand for a position, you will need to arrange a “proposer” and a “seconder” (someone to put your name forward and another to support it). Nominations may be accepted at the AGM, if supported by the majority. Role descriptions can be found on the Branch Contacts page.

Thank you for your continued support and campaigning for real ale, real cider & perry, and the great British pub.
