In November 2025 two brothers, Gary and Paul Doyle, opened a local micro pub by converting a retail unit in Blackburn's Holly Tree Shopping Parade in the Livesey area.

4 handpumps with usually 2 or 3 from local brewery Three B's and the other changing for regional breweries. 6 craft beers available. And a selection of non alcoholic drinks in cans and bottles.

Long bench seating down one side with high tables and chairs on the other side.

About 30 minute walk to Ewood Park home of Blackburn Rovers.
